1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the UO8 platform, accessible via the uo8 website and mobile app. These Terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and any party using services provided by UO8.

By accessing or using the UO8 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using the platform immediately.

UO8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered members through the relevant communication channels. Continued use of the platform after an amendment notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the uo8.live website, the UO8 mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the UO8 platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total credits available in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, special offers, or other benefits granted by UO8 to members subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer process, i.e. member identity verification through valid documentation.

3 Member Eligibility

To register and use the UO8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on the voluntary self-exclusion register of any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Not a citizen or resident of any region or country that strictly prohibits online gambling activities.
• Register only one personal account — multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring your account's personal information remains current.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the uo8 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email, or any other information — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

5 Deposits & Payments

UO8 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. UO8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party may be withheld pending verification.

6 Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. Before the first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete the full KYC verification process.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for digital wallets and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses have a stated validity period — any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.

• UO8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between UO8 and its members. The uo8 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layer authentication to protect your data, but members are also required to take the following steps:

• Use a strong, unique password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security on your uo8 account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report immediately to the UO8 support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

UO8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

9 Game Rules

All games available on the UO8 platform — including slot games, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in each game's help section.

• All games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• Wins generated during technical disruptions or system errors are considered void and will not be paid out.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on screen and the server record, the server record shall be final.
• UO8 reserves the right to void any wagers placed on odds or payouts that are clearly the result of a technical error.

10 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the UO8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance freeze:

• Using any automated software or methods (bots, scripts) to play or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in fraud, hacking, or attempting to exploit platform bugs for personal gain.
• Laundering money through the platform in any form.
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Systematically abusing the bonus system, including using a VPN to manipulate promotional eligibility.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to guarantee wins or artificially satisfy wagering requirements.

11 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the UO8 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

UO8 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or hacking.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by service disruptions, technical outages, or cyberattacks beyond uo8's control.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.
• Financial decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform.

UO8's total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Terms Amendment

UO8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the UO8 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may request account closure before the effective date by contacting the uo8 support team.
